Uni provides skills for local businesses

The University of Bedfordshire’s Knowledge Hub is now offering Beginners Language and Culture courses for professionals and individuals looking to improve their language skills. Courses in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, French, German, Italian, Polish and Russian aim to provide the skills and knowledge needed to compete in an increasingly multi-cultural market.
The courses are suitable for professionals looking to build or improve relationships with international partners, for employees or individuals who frequently visit other countries for work and people who are generally interested in learning a new language and culture.
Courses are available subject to demand, and will run for a total of 27 weeks from October 2010.
