Shaping Bedford’s Economy - 22nd October
8am - 10am, Bedford Corn Exchange
30th Sep 2010
You are invited to attend a breakfast meeting to help shape Bedford’s future economy.
The Mayor of Bedford and Chief Executive of Bedford Borough Council are keen to listen to views from across the private sector to help us shape what we (both private and public sector) need to do to improve Bedford’s economy together.
Why attend?
· Have a say in how public funding can support your business
· Find out what support and opportunities are currently available to your business
· Use the opportunity to find out more and pose the questions that matter to you
We know that the economic climate is making it more difficult for Bedford’s businesses and want to ensure that we are targeting limited resources to maximum benefit. We need your views on where to prioritise efforts, building on the findings of our recent business survey.
By attending, you have the chance to meet with other local business people and have your say on how we, together, can ensure a thriving local economy of the future.
If you or a representative from your business would like to attend, please confirm by 8th October to Jenny.Vandersteen@bedford.gov.uk
