The Countryside Alliance is running its second national annual Best Rural Retailer competition, in partnership with the Daily Telegraph, Farmers Weekly and many regional media.
The aim is to celebrate communities, local ambassadors and the rural spirit through our retailers. Anyone can nominate in any one or more of the four categories. The categories are: Best Local Food Retailer, Best Village Shop/ Post Office, Best Diversification, Daily Telegraph Best Traditional Business. Will a Bedfordshire retailer make the grade?! If your local retailer is a great ambassador for your local community and is going the extra mile - don't leave it for someone else to nominate them - do it today!
