On behalf of the East of England Development Agency (EEDA), Cranfield University is administering the East of England Industrial Co-operative Awards in Science and Engineering (CASE) Studentships and is pleased to announce the 2006 Call for Applications

Industrial CASE grants in the East of England are focused in helping SMEs undertake R&D projects, in partnership with the region's Higher Education Institutes, that are focused towards one or more of EEDA's priority sectors. (Energy, Environment, Manufacturing, Advanced Engineering, ICT and Life Sciences)

Each Studentship will be worth £60,864 over a 3 to 3.5 year period, with the partnering commercial organisation providing a further £20,864, and will expect to be at PhD Level.

Applications should be made via email to icase@cranfield.ac.uk using the attached application form by Friday 2nd June 2006. Successful applicants will be notified by the 30th June
