Stimpsons Eves along with joint agents Bidwells are delighted to announce the letting of the first of three alfresco restaurant units at the prestigious Castle Quay Development, Bedford.
The new tenant, Jay Alom of Riverside Grill will specialise in high quality grilled foods and looks forward to opening his new restaurant later this summer.
Giles Ferris of Stimpsons Eves was recently joined by Dave Hodgson, Mayor of Bedford, Mr Alom Snr and David Freer of Complex Development Projects for the handing over of the keys to Unit Three Castle Quay. Jay Alom of Riverside Grill commented: “we have been looking for a restaurant in Bedford for some time and the unit in Castle Lane gives us a unique opportunity to open a brand new restaurant in a great location with views over the river; we are very excited by the prospect!”
With the opening of the first unit underway, Stimpson Eves are receiving expressions of interest from other prominent restaurant operators hoping to acquire one of the remaining units.
