St Modwen Developments Limited will be submitting an outline planning application in Summer 2006. In advance of this, they are providing local public and stakeholders an opportunity to influence the planning application.
The outline planning application will establish the principles of development on the site. The detailed design of the department store and the library will also be included within the application.
