£200m Fund For Small Firms!

The Governments Small Business Service (SBS) is launching a £200m venture capital fund for SME businesses June 30th. Small firms can bid for funds to help bridge the equity gap resulting from private firms reluctant to invest in them. An official notice will be entered into the Official Journal of the European Communities inviting firms to bid for the scheme from 30th June 2005. See also the SBS website.
