have all been identified as key development sites as part of the emerging proposals for the re-development and revitalisation of Bedford Town Centre and a critical element of the emerging development framework (as an Area Action Plan) for the Town Centre. Positive steps are now being taken to move the projects forward as part of the commitment to deliver a new and vibrant town centre. All three development sites have been consulted on and featured at the numerous town centre exhibitions.
