The Bedford Development Agency is a partnership between local companies and Bedford Borough Council.
Its objectives are to:
- Act as an influential lobbying force on important issues such as communications.
- Support the development of Bedford to make it a first class location in which to live and work.
- Nurture a two way, supportive relationship between the Council and local business.
The board members, who have full BDA membership, are listed in the BDA Board section, but many more Bedford businesses have taken up Associate Membership, which is open to all companies within the Borough. Membership benefits include a newsletter, networking events, and special discounts on goods and services from various local companies.
